GraphQL API - Hermios Developers

Filter, sort, paginate

Lists take first/after or last/before (cursor pagination), filter and orderBy.
Without first or last, up to 200 records are returned. Page with pageInfo.endCursor.
Amounts are stored in micros: amountMicros: 1500000000 is 1,500.00.
Relations can be nested in the selection, and one-to-many relations take their own filter, orderBy and first.
